By downloading or playing Kitty Panic you agree to these terms.

Use

You may play the game for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy the game or its images, sounds and music, modify and distribute them, or sell them.

Ownership

The game and its content belong to the developer and to the owners named in the Licenses section. Downloading the game only gives you the right to play it.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is". It is not guaranteed to work without errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damage arising from the use of the game.

Store terms

If you downloaded the game from the App Store, Apple's standard end user license agreement also applies: apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula

If you downloaded it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply.

Changes

These terms may change. The current version is published in the game; continuing to play after a change means you accept the new terms.
